NORTHFIELD, VT. - Elms College junior swimmer Tricia Ruell needed one final race to make the cut for the New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association (NEISDA) Championship in the 100-yard backstroke.
NORTHFIELD, Vt. – On Friday and Saturday, the Norwich University men’s ice hockey team will close out the 2010-11 regular season with two league games against Connecticut College and Tufts University.
This will mark the final league meetings between Norwich and these two schools as the 12-year Interlocking schedule agreement between the ECAC East and the NESCAC comes to an end this weekend.

The Norwich womens hockey team has seen its fair share of talented players throughout the past couple of seasons, but few have come from the central Vermont area. Sophie Leclerc, a junior forward from Barre, Vt., has stepped into a leadership role and has made an impressive mark as a Cadet.
The Norwich University womens basketball team is rolling through another successful season. With four new freshmen and some experienced upperclassmen, the team is deeper than it has been. One freshman making an impact is Kelsey Knapp, a 5-11 forward from Brandon, Vt.
In just its second season as a varsity sport, the Norwich womens volleyball team is already improving by leaps and bounds, and folks around the Great Northeast Athletic Conference had better take notice.
