COCOA BEACH, Fla. - Jim Kiritsy went 2-for-4 at the plate, and Domenic Sorrentino and Rob Knox each pounded out triples, but it was not enough as the Norwich University baseball team dropped a 9-2 decision to New England College on Tuesday afternoon.

Kyle Przekaza got roughed up on the hill for the Cadets (0-4), as the junior yielded nine runs in 3.1 innings. Tim O'Connor came on in relief and allowed just one hit over 4.2 innings of shutout ball.

The Cadets have two days off before returning to action on Friday, March 14, when they play a doubleheader against Oneonta State. First pitch for game one is slated for 12:30 p.m.
