MEN'S LACROSSE

WORCESTER, Mass. - Andrew Webber scored five goals and handed out three assists to lead Clark to a 15-4 victory over Norwich in a Pilgrim League men's lacrosse game Friday evening.

Clark (2-5, 1-0 Pilgrim) netted eight unanswered goals during the second and third periods to take control of the game. The loss drops the Cadets to 0-3 (0-1 Pilgrim).

The NU offense was led by Scott Pearce, who tallied one goal and one assist. Kyle Marzeoti, Drew Caplin and Tyler Woods all scored one goal apiece for the Cadets.

Norwich resumes its 2008 spring schedule on Thursday, April 3, when the Cadets travel to Castleton, Vt., to take on in-state rival Castleton State. Gametime is slated for 4 p.m.
