Norwich Nips Elms, 3-2, In Double Overtime

CHICOPEE, Mass. - Ryan Boyton scored two goals, including the game-winner in double overtime to help the Norwich men's soccer team defeat Elms College, 3-2, Wednesday evening.
Elms jumped ahead 1-0 in the seventh minute and the hosts held the lead until Boyton tied the game at 1-1 with his first goal at the 51:54 mark.
Rob Harlow gave NU its first lead of the night in the 63rd minute, but Elms forced overtime with a goal at the 81:49 mark.
After the teams played to a scoreless first overtime session, Boyton won the match for the Cadets with a tally in the 103rd minute.
Norwich (3-1-0) returns to conference play on Saturday, when the Cadets travel to Boston to take on Suffolk.
