Before Norwich: Played four years of hockey at Westford Academy ... helped lead team to the 2004 Division II Massachusetts state title ... twice named a first-team all-star ... selected as team MVP ... also played four years of softball ... earned first-team all-conference honors three times on the diamond ... also played four years of field hockey.

Personal: Elisa LaRoche ... daughter of Bob and Charlene LaRoche ... has one brother and one sister ... father, Bob, played college hockey at UMass-Amherst ... majoring in Athletic Training.
