Women's Ice Hockey: Kelsey Cone Named ECAC "Player Of The Week"

NORTHFIELD, Vt. - Norwich freshman defenseman Kelsey Cone was tabbed the ECAC "Player of the Week" on Tuesday following her five-point performance in NU's 7-1 pasting of St. Michael's last Saturday.

The Manchester, Vt., product scored two goals and added three assists to lead the Cadets to their second win in their last three games.

Norwich (4-3-1, 1-2-1) returns to the ice this weekend (Jan. 11-12) when the Cadets travel to Southern Maine (Friday, Jan. 11, 4 p.m.) and New England College (Saturday, Jan. 12, 1 p.m.).
