NU Takes Fourth At Vermont State Meet

LYNDONVILLE, Vt. - Anne Vada and Maura Kee each finished within the Top 15 to lead the Norwich women's cross country team to a fourth-place showing at the Vermont State Meet on Saturday afternoon.

Vada clocked a time of 23:12 to place 12th overall, while Kee crossed the finish line in 23:17 to take 14th.

Jacyln McElligott finished 23 rd with a clocking of 24:17, while Heather Flavell (25:33) and Scarlette Grasetti (26:45) placed 29th and 34th, respectively.

Norwich returns to action on Saturday, Oct. 6, when the Cadets make the trek to Westfield, Mass., to take part in the Westfield State Meet.
