Women's Cross Country: Norwich Places Runner-Up At GNAC Championships

STANDISH, Maine - Maura Kee and Jaclyn McElligott placed sixth and eighth, respectively, to lead the Norwich women's cross country team to a second-place showing at the GNAC Championships on Saturday. The Cadets registered 70 points and placed just three points behind St. Joseph's (Maine) for the team title.

Kee, who has led NU all season long, placed sixth with a clocking of 21:27. McElligott, meanwhile, took eighth with a time of 21:42. Each runner earned All-Conference accolades for finishing within the Top 10.
