UPDATE: Norwich, Johnson & Wales Announce New Game Date

UPDATE: Thursday's tilt against Johnson & Wales (R.I.) has been postponed once again due to inclement weather conditions - the game will be rescheduled for Sunday, Feb. 12 at 3 p.m. in Providence, R.I.


NORTHFIELD, Vt. – Head Coach Paul Booth of the Norwich University men's basketball team has announced a make-up date for the Cadets' Great Northeast Athletic Conference tilt against Johnson & Wales (R.I.) University. 

Norwich will take on the Wildcats at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9 in Providence, R.I. The tilt was originally slated for Wednesday, Jan. 7 but was postponed due to inclement weather. 

The date change for the game will extend a two-game road trip to three games in five days down the stretch. Ultimately, four of Norwich's six games to conclude the regular season will be played on the road. 

The Cadets return to action Saturday, Jan. 21, taking on Rivier in a high noon contest in Nashua, N.H.
