NORTHFIELD, Vt. - Sophomore goalie Parker Carroll was named the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) East Goalie of the Week for the week ending Nov. 27 for his efforts in helping lead the Cadets to their record seventh PrimeLink title.

Carroll stopped all 12 shots he faced in Friday's 3-0 win over No. 6 Plattsburgh State to earn his first shutout of the season and help the Cadets blank PSU for the first time since Jan. 11, 2000.
He then followed up with another solid performance in Saturday's championship game against Elmira as he turned aside 22 shots to help lift the Cadets to a 5-2 win over the 10th-ranked Soaring Eagles.
Overall on the season, Carroll is 5-0-0 and improved to 21-1-2 for his career in the Maroon & Gold. He also has a 2.02 goals against average and a .878 save percentage.
The No. 1-ranked Cadets return to action this Friday when they'll host in-state rival and third-ranked Castleton State in the "Battle of Vermont" showdown at 7 p.m. Both teams are undefeated on the season so far.
