Women's Hockey: Norwich battles Castleton to 3-3 tie

RUTLAND, Vt. - The Norwich University women's ice hockey team skated to 3-3 tie with Castleton University on Friday night in New England Hockey Conference (NEHC) action at Spartan Arena.

KC Herne (Akwesasne, N.Y.), Adrieana Rossini (Malden, Mass.) and Blossom Truel (Stratford, Wis.) each scored goals to lead the Cadets' offense on the day.

Castleton (4-12-3, 4-4-2 NEHC) battled back from three separate one-goal deficits to earn the tie against the Cadets, snapping Norwich's 29-game winning streak vs. NEHC opponents.
