Swimming & Diving: Ansley, Sullivan Earn NEISDA Honors

OFFICIAL CONFERENCE RELEASE

WESTON, Mass. - Freshman Nikky Ansley (Berlin, Germany) and sophomore Bebe Sullivan (Dallas, Texas) both earned New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association (NESIDA) weekly awards, the league announced Thursday.

Ansley was named Co-Swimmer of the Week while Sullivan earned Diver of the Week plaudits.

Ansley took the top spot in the women's 200 yard freestyle in 2:04.53 at Saturday's tri-meet against Saint Michael's and host Keene State. Ansley went on to win the women's 100 yard freestyle race in 56.26 and the women's 500 yard freestyle in 5:45.64.

Sullivan won the women's one-meter diving competition with a score of 137.25 to earn Diver of the Week status.

The Cadets are next in action on Saturday, October 26th for a home dual meet against Colby-Sawyer College. That meet is slated for 1:00 p.m.
